1. Keep the correspondence strictly private and confidential. (In other words, your secret is safe with us. The examples we tweet about are taken from just walking about and looking around.)

2. Indicate whether we will be able to help you check the text as soon as possible.

3. Provide an estimate of the duration we will require, if we decide to take on the task.

4. Send you the modified text after editing and/or proofreading as close to the estimate as possible, if we decide to take on the task.

5. Allow you to decide how much you would like to pay us!
